What material is used to make Nelly Rose earrings?
All metal pieces are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel.
My jewelry didn't arrive and tracking says it was delivered. What should I do?
In order for me to help get this resolved, please do the following:
1. Ask all family members in the home and/or neighbors if they have seen a package delivered.
2. If it can’t be found you can then fill out a missing mail report on USPS.com.
3. Send me a message via Etsy Messages from the "help with order" page to communicate the issue.
Nelly Rose Jewelry participates in the Etsy Purchase Protection program for orders under $250. If I am unable to help you, you will need to open a case for Etsy to review.
Etsy will be able to provide you with a full refund if your jewelry doesn’t arrive.
